Together with Eric Thomas, executive chef – Americana Kitchen and Bar, they have curated a special menu for us, that harmonizes traditional Indian flavors with contemporary finesse. A young entrepreneur in her own right, many of the exquisite flavors you will experience are from Ms. Venogopal’s family-owned spice business.
